  I just bought a pair from H&M and they don't, maybe it depends on the style. They have a full panel, but also a "real" waist with faux button/zipper.

  Once you find them with a belt loop... do you have belts that will be large enough for the expanding belly.  I am in love with mine right now and they have a full elastic top.

  I'm starting to learn that may mean they're too big for you. Only some of mine sag, and I've got a bunch of different sizes.

  I have some capris from Motherhood Maternity that have belt loops. I think I saw some jeans with loops as well.

  Try throwing them in the dryer for a bit. I find that helps if they start to sag.

  They are expensive, but J Brand makes a great pair that has stretchy side panels, but they are like regular jeans everywhere else. Try eBay for a good deal.

  I have noticed that they sag a lot for me too! It's so frustrating because they are so comfortable other then the sagging! And I know mine aren't too big, well at least not the legs. I have rather large thighs, so maybe they are a bit too big at the waste? But there is no way I could go any smaller.

  Echoing other posters I have a pair from Destination Maternity (Motherhood brand) from my last pregnancy, just their standard jeans and they have a full panel and belt loops.  The only reason I remember this is because I always use the loops to help pull up the pants when they sag...ugh.

  
  

  I was just there this weekend and I think they were $19.99, not that I recommend them or anything.  I found a different pair on clearance for $24.99 and so far they seem good but time will tell.  All their clearance was buy one item get one free.

  I got three boot cut heans from H&M and I love them. They do have belt loops and a full panel. I think they look like designer jeans excerpt they were 30 dollars.

  Yeah mine fit - I mean as much as I can say anything does these days. I am just constantly hoisting. I think my big 'ol booty syndrome has formed an evil alliance with gravity. I did see Motherhood is having a BOGO on redlines today (ooh may post that as a PSA) so I will check them out. And H&M. Thanks ladies!
