Is it labor?

I'm 37 weeks and one day (appointment last week showed I was a centimeter dialated) and I was sleeping when some bad pain woke me up. I was having bad lower back pain and what feels like really bad menstrual cramps and a lot of pressure in my pelvis. I'm also having some contractions now. Not sure if they are regular yet, I just started counting.
