Nbr: wedding shower gift

Hey ladies,
Hoping to get some help! I have a wedding shower I'm going to and the theme for gifts is date night. Pretty much they want us to get them something to send them on a date night. My first idea is a picnic basket with goodies but I feel like that might be common. Any creative ideas? I'm so not creative!!

    A nice popcorn bowl filled with popcorn, DVD/bluray (or you could do an iTunes or GooglePlay GC so they can pick the movie), candy, etc. My sis got something like this at her shower and it was really cute.

    Thanks ladies! I love a lot of these! H suggested a bottle of liquor, a sex themed board game and a hotel room lol. A little too personal for me!

    You could also look in there area and purchase tickets for them to a show that you think they would like, include a restaurant gift certificate along with it for dinner and show type basket. This would work well if you know them pretty well to know their taste.
