Hello all!! I'm new here and wanted to know if anyone has taken juice plus over prenatal vitamins? I've been taking Juice Plus for awhile now and have done a little research on it's effects on pregnancy. I just wanted to hear more personal experiences. Please help!!! Thanks!!

I'd definitely choose a PNV over a mystery juice supplement though.

I would take pnv. To me its not negotiable.

I actually opted to take Juice Plus+ along with iron and DHA supplements. The prenatals made me gag every time I tried to take it and I've talked to doctors who state there really isn't a need to take them if you're eating right (lots of fruits and veggies, nuts, whole foods, etc) and getting the additional amount of folic acid, DHA, and iron you need during pregnancy. Juice Plus+ does have folic acid, which is why I don't supplement with that. You can find their nutrition facts labels in the store on their website, they're listed with each product. Here's a link if you want to check it out: https://www.juiceplus.com/content/JuicePlus/en/buy/capsules/orchard-and-garden-blends.html#.U9gYKvldURo
I do not sell the product (I know it's sold through the direct selling model), I simply take it. But I do know several women that took Juice Plus+ during their pregnancy and had very nutrient rich cord blood and super thick umbilical cords, so much so that their doctors commented on it.
To each their own, just thought I'd share. Best wishes on your pregnancy!
