  When DS was first born, I played him a lot of Barenaked Ladies bc it seemed to get him to sleep. I particularly liked "When you dream." I also love Pink "Give me a reason" which may sound strange, but it has meaning for me.

  I don't have a song "for" her, but she is obsessed with "Runaway Baby" by Bruno Mars. She will immediately stop doing whatever it is she is doing (whether that's playing, crawling or crying) to dance to it.   Right now she loves the song "Happy" and "Timber".
  
  "Let it Go" will stop her in her tracks, and I've had to put it on repeat to keep her calm in the car before.

  Lol! I made a Broadway Pandora station when she was new because I wanted to play stuff I could sing along with. We're going with a Disney station these days because I started to worry about the appropriateness of some of the show tunes for a baby
