Did it for 10yrs until we moved here and my gym doesn't have it.

I loved it for a year or two and got really bored with it - basically the same thing, different songs. I suppose it's better than weight lifting on its own so that's good. Now that I'm getting back to the gym after having dd I may try it again. It is a great workout!
I have been going twice a week and I am loving the changes in my body. @iheartthe80s, it is a low weight, high rep weight training class with portions of each class for legs, shoulders, back, triceps, chest, biceps and core. Fun music too
Just when I started to feel comfortable with it, the new release came out and changed it all up. I am definitely not bored with it so far. Regular lifting was boring for me, this is more fun
I guess after a year or two though you would get bored of anything. I love one specific instructor, I only go to her classes.
A friend of mine who is super fit and teaches spin said BP is a gateway drug to heavier lifting. I haven't felt that pull yet, but I am loving the definition my arms are getting
80's, it is an international trademarked program from Les Mills - gyms have to buy the rights to it and buy all the specific equipment. I am sure the gyms that don't have it have something similar, I know LAF doesn't have it, probably because they have a ton of free weights and don't think it is worth it
No, not quite "body pump" but its basically the same thing but different name. It escapes me now though...ahh can't think of it but I really enjoy it and when I take it consistently I am really happy with how much weight I lose and how toned I look.
