NBR anyone from FL?

We are going on vacation to the cocoa beach area (near where NASA is, about an hour from Orlando). Anyone have family friendly recomendations of what to do? We have a 3 yo and dd will be 4 1/2 months while were there. Of course we will do the beach, but we are there for 10 days and I would love ideas from anyone who knows the area. We don't mind driving an hour or two if it's worth it.

    If you do hit the water parks (Aquatica, Blizzard Beach, or Typhoon Lagoon) go close to opening. They hit capacity this time of year pretty early AM. Sea World might be a good option for a theme park. Don't get me wrong, I am a total Disneyphile, but I love Sea World as well. And your 3 yr old will love the animals. Saturday & Sunday afternoons you can watch the cruise boats go out. There are a couple of casual restaurants in the Port Canaveral area where the boats go past. I'll keep thinking too. I live in East Orlando, 30ish mins from where you will be.

    I knew I would think of something else. There's a "theme park" called Gatorland. It's pretty neat, tons of alligators and shows. https://www.gatorland.com/index.shtml

    I haven't been to legoland but they do have a living social deal right now. I think I'm taking DS1 in Sept

    Look up the Brevard zoo. My DD just came back from visiting her dad who lives there and I know he took her to the zoo a bunch.

    Definitely do the Melbourne Zoo. They have a shallow pool play area in there for the kids so put your LOs in bathing suits.

    In downtown Cocoa there's a splash pad of sorts with just fountains that spray up. It's also next to a nice park but the park doesn't have a fence and is right next to the road. :/
