Monistat 3 @ 38 weeks

I have a yeast infection "apparently" I told my doc about it. He said to use monistat 3. I bought it and I'm afraid to use it. I have read what other preggo moms have expirenced. About 50% said its safe and the other 50% it's not. My doc prescribed it so I'm guessing I should stop reading negative reviews and just do it. If I don't my baby will have thrush. Omg! Help?!

    From what I know, Monistat is perfectly fine.

    Although kudos to you for attempting to apply it. At this point, I don't think I could do it myself lol. I can barely wipe.

    I've had 2 this pregnancy and have used the Equate brand from Walmart and it's worked just as good, FWIW. Only thing I've been told by my doctor is to use the 7 day treatment. The others are too strong. Other than that, you and baby will be just fine.

    I was in the same boat my doctor prescribed me a pill that cures it in a day. Mobistat didn't work for me as it usually did.
