GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? I am a terrible gift giver. I forget about special events until the day of something and then get something on the way to the party/celebration/etc. It is usually a nice gift, but not much thought has gone into and I am never sure people actually like what I get them.

GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? My ex mother in law Gave me a Victoria's secret negligee... For Christmas... Used... From the thrift store... It still had the staples in it.

GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? This is tricky- I love to give gifts and put so much effort into picking out what I feel is the perfect thing. I hope that they have all been good! I can't think of any really bad gifts that I have been given- some have not been quite to my taste, but I know that the giver had good intentions. @itshumpday that really is a super creepy gift!

GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? One year when I was little I decoratively painted a paint stirrer and gave it to my dad for Christmas. He so sweetly put it in a planted pot in his office as a decoration for years.

What are you doing to get pregnant? Just waiting right now - lots of water and vitamins.
Rants/raves/chart stalks: NTTGPR, but I was supposed to go to a concert last night and lost the tickets. They somehow vanished into thin air. So, I didnt get to go and I am super bummed and I wasted a bunch of money too. Not the greatest start to my weekend.
In much more positive news, I had my preconception appointment with a high risk doctor who I really liked (and who would see me)!
GTKY: When I was 12ish, I got a baby board book for Christmas from some distant relative. My mom told me to be nice and write a thank you note, but I distinctly remember being very disappointed.

GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? I've never received a really bad gift. I don't like when people give me clothes because they normally don't fit right and sometimes I will just donate instead of going through the hassle of returning.

What are you doing to get pregnant? EOD sex, water, PNV, OPK's, temping/charting.
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: Nothing much in my chart yet to rant about. Nervous to get the results back of my bloodwork (CD3). Hoping everything is good but I know something eventually has to come back as off or I wouldn't have short LP's (9, 11, 9, 6,10). Aren't LP's supposed to be more consistent than that?
GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? My great grandmother used to send up the strangest gifts in the mail. One year in high school she sent me a blue knitted shall with fringe on it and my brother a hawaiian shirt.

@greenhairedgnome-Good luck on ED for a month! We tried that this month for just my FW and the FW has been long and we already missed 2 days!

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: Temp rise this morning so I'm pretty sure I O'ed yesterday. I'll be hopping over to 2WW tomorrow. Hope to see you all there!
GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? One time I bought my ex a really expensive gaming system for Christmas. In return, he gave me a bag full of dollar store stuff including Chapstick and a rubber wrestling figurine. I guess it's the thought that counts?

What are you doing to get pregnant? Temping, Added in Green Tea and Vitex this week - They are both natural so I figure what can it hurt.
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: Well my chart actually did something. I did have some wine last night and that may be the reason for the temp increase but really, really, really hoping it was O. I wish I had something to compare it against, but I haven't really had a lot of CM since BCP so charting that has been confusing for me. Hoping temp stays up!
QUESTION - Do I need to take a pregnancy test today? I think the newbie blog says once a week but honestly I don't want to see a negative and I have no evidence of ovulation based on temps for the last two weeks - but I am off call this weekend which means I will probably have a few more drinks that usual.

What we're doing: Nothing right now. I stopped temping for a few months because I got sick of it, but I think I will start again on this cycle.
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: I feel sad, but better than yesterday and Thursday. Staying positive.
GTKY: So this is not the worst gift I have ever recieved, but for our wedding our friends gave us a spice rack. It wasn't on our registry which wasn't the issue. It was just super obvious that it was regifted.

GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? I gave my mom a things remembered photo cube with pictures of DD and she actually cried. I've never seen her cry over a gift before so it really touched me.

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: I got crosshairs for 4 days ago. But I'm having a hard time believing it since I got a flashing smily today and yesterday on my OPK after 2 days of just a circle. I have no clue what's going on. Any advice or suggestions? Maybe I did O and I'm having some sort of surge. My cycles are irregular so that makes it even more difficult.
GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? We have this hideous scarecrow wall hanging that always gets wrapped up and given to someone else at the holidays. No one wants it so I just gets passed around. It is hideous.

What are you doing to get pregnant? Waiting for now. This month I will be traveling to Ohio with my husband on his work trip so we can have all the sex during my FW so that we at least have a chance for this cycle. I will also do opk, pnv, cm checks, temping, drink a lot of water, possibly mucinex. I will probably eat the pineapple core after O too. It can't hurt right?
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: CD 1 and it's symptoms, blah! Wine and chocolate are my go to's today
GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? A big pink "fashion" watch from a flea market in FL from my dad and stepmom this year. Come on, I am 38 years old, please start treating me like an adult for pete's sake.

What are you doing to get pregnant? Vitamins. Charting. Sex ED probably starting CD 12.
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: Having more anxiety this month than our first. Never expected to get KU first try, and then have a CP. Have irrational thoughts that it was our only shot. Time will tell and I just have to push myself to be positive and grateful for all things I have now.
GTKY -- What is the worst gift you have ever received or given? A student's mother gave me a cardboard box covered in tablecloth with a fake menorah on it. I'm agnostic so that was fun
