We are a group of women striving to live healthier lives, whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, sticking to a specific diet, counting calories, avoiding counting calories, starting to exercise, continuing to exercise or anything in between.
We check in on Mondays and follow up with an accountability on Fridays (our favorite post of the week, because we love encouraging each other and celebrating all our successes!).

MFP is a great tool to keep yourself accountable, and because it is set up as a social network site, we can cheer you on there as well as here. IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN
Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

Monday was day 1 of the rest of my life for me. I gave myself a solid week and a half to sulk, eat whatever I wanted and lay around. Since Monday I've been eating a high protein, medium carb and low fat diet. And I'm eating real food and a lot of it. It's been great and amazingly I've lost 5lbs! I still have 20 to go but seeing that scale move has kept me motivated. I'm hoping to start working out again Monday - waiting on the post d&c ok. I have still been consuming a bit too much alcohol, but mixed with diet soda. That almost makes it ok, right?

Finding a lot of relief with quest bars. They are technically protein bars but I swear the cookie dough one is amazing! It's been helping me skip the late night snack with h and eat well.
