  Look for a babies r us trade in event. I believe they will give you a % off coupon for another item!

  Recycle it but make it extremely unusable so that no one will take it. Take off the padding, cut the straps, etc. Obvious things that will let someone know it is definitely not something they would want.

  We cut our straps and took a hammer to it. We don't have anywhere that I could have brought it to trade in so I put it with the trash.
