1st trimester usually has some gems. So far I've seen that you shouldn't chew gum, use listerine, drink passion fruit iced tea, eat deli meat or have an orgasm because all of those things can hurt the baby.

Yup, I agree with the first trimester board. Although I lurk all 3 trimester boards.

I like the birth stories too.... Oh and I lurk the other bmb's a lot too!

The adjacent bmbs (July and Sep), third tri, natural birth, cloth diapering, and breastfeeding.

Some of the other boards I'd otherwise find interesting tend to not be very active.

I'll bet the first and second tri boards get more noobs which makes it infinitely funnier. I never lurked the tri boards until now though, so I wouldn't know. Judging by the above post I'll bet it's hysteria for first tri over everything you put in your body, and for second tri it's "wat is my babys gender here is my ultrasound thank u in advance"

I started lurking July 2014 because of Trollin' Tuesday. I've started to venture out into the tri boards because I think there are some funny posts in them.

Thats why I started lurking on the July board! I actually think it's a good idea for a thread. It just sucks when we make it onto that thread LOL!! I forget this is public forum and that I'm not just talking to my favorite Gal Pals!

I learned that the hard way. I'm pretty sure my MIL found a post I made in February. :-/

Oh shit!! Hope it wasn't anything bad. Although its kinda strange she'd be looking on this website to begin with.

I called her a pain. It was in that weird naming post that got brought up from February. If she wants to lurk and see what I have to say about her, that's on her.

I only occasionally check other boards -- most often July '14 and the cloth diapering boards. I consider our board and DD's BMB equally my home boards.

I don't think it's a necessity but you know babies tend to spit out their binkys alot and then they can't find it and get pissed. Well this supposedly helps them find it easier and also they can hold onto the soft plushy toy and it's supposed to soothe them. The reason I bought it was because I thought it was cute lol.
