I'm so bored at work. My random thought is I used to live to eat, loved cooking, loved eating and now with a LO, I eat to live. Don't want to cook, don't even want to think about what to eat. Kinda bummed about it.

I'm bored too! DH got a temp job and they want him to start on Tuesday. Our preferred daycare can't take DS until the following week so we are scrambling for babysitters. Aahhh!!!

Pinterest contains my secret stash of athlete crushes. Newest ones are LeBron James - had a dream about him the other week and couldn't stop looking at his pictures after that! And Matt Forte - had no idea he was such a cutie until DH was watching The League on Netflix, added him immediately to Pinterest!

I'm waiting for Jules to wake up. Cooking is the only thing making me feel sane- I have a culinary degree. I've found that prepping a step at a time makes it possible to have decent food. I'm making southwest black bean burgers, herbed rice, watermelon mint salad and Thai chili sweetheat quick pickles. We're going to a BBQ tomorrow so I made watermelon slice Jell-O shots (They have jolly rancher watermelon jello!!) and watermelon mint salad. DH is an awful cook so I wear pjs all day but have a decent dinner I'm definitely going to miss certain things about ML.

This is my favorite photo of Julian and DH. Definitely makes my heart melt.

I'm actually experiencing the opposite, I never really cared about cooking until I had DS and then suddenly something clicked and now I'm obsessed with trying new recipes every week. But it works out for me because he loves being wrapped up in the moby and stays asleep if I keep busy.

Random thought: DH has been away at a training for the military for the last 2 weeks and if I had to deal with the in laws one more day I'm going to go crazy!!! Thank goodness he got home tonight!

I've been on vacation for almost a week. It's been fun, but I've never been more ready to go home - vacation with a baby is definitely not a vacation! Can't wait to get back to reality!

Random: I'm sad my drivers license is expiring in December. By some miracle of bad lighting and a good hair day I have a really good picture. I don't want a new one!
