Help, Pregnant after a miscarriage !!

Well, exactly 6 months after I had my miscarriage I found out I am pregnant again !! I am currently 5 weeks along and extremely nervous of suffering another miscarriage. Any words of advice to remain calm and enjoy my pregnancy?? Lost my last one at 5w5d ... Have 2 healthy children (5&3)

And they will. I am the same way. I have been trying to keep myself busy to take my mind off of it until my first u/s. Easier said than done but it is helping a little.

Congrats and welcome. A lot of women here (myself included) found the PgAL mantras extremely reassuring and calming. The mantras are pinned at the top of the board.

Congrats and welcome. Do the mantras that are posted:) I still do them at 14 weeks the fear hasn't completely gone away and won't until I hold lo:) but remember its ok to fear some, but don't let it take the joy out! Good luck!

I am also pregnant again after having a miscarriage back in December due to incompetent cervix. I am about 5 weeks now and really nervous. Will have doc app to discuss some things like the cerclage and progesterone shots. It's so hard because I get scared about every lil thing now. I had lost my baby at 15weeks and had to go through the whole labor process in order to deliver the still fetus... It was the saddest thing for me and my husband because I had got pregnant after 2 and half years of trying. Hoping better things with this pregnancy. Lots of prayers for all of u and plz pray for me. Will keep u guys posted.
