Has anyone had just one side of their back hurt? For 3 days my right has hurt so bad that I can barely even sleep. Any position is uncomfortable until I'm using a heating pad -29w2d
I had pain on my right side that was unbearable. I thought it had to be something serious with how painful it was. Turned out it was just a really bad sprained muscle. I'm very heavy-chested and I guess my back couldn't take it anymore. An icy hot patch for 2 days helped as well as having to sleep wearing a bra.

I have had some serious back pain over the last week! I can barely sleep at night as well. I just toss and turn. I'm going for a massage tomorrow, so hopefully that will give me a little relief. This baby is much lower than DD was. I didn't have much back pain at all with her.
My right shoulder has been hurting for more than 2 weeks . I can barely stand to just sit down. I'm only comfortable when I'm laying down. I can barely suffer through housework. Not to mention 4 football practices a week that are 2 hours each!

Yes! Is it lower back pain? I've found that it helps to sleep with a pillow between my knees. I also think that wearing a pelvic brace when I'm planning on being super active and seeing a chiro has helped. GL- it's one of those not so fun parts of being pregnant.
I have been having pain on the left side. I cracked some ribs there a long time ago, and it will ache and hurt when I am sick, or sleeping on too soft a bad. Or am pregnant, apparently. It's really uncomfortable:(

I would definitely let your doctor know if it keeps up just so they are aware.
