  I like a corn tortilla if they are freshly made. I can never find them in the grocery store though. The flour ones always seem too thick and gummy. Maybe I get the wrong ones.

  Corn tortillas. We have some authentic Mexican stores in town where you can get fresh corn tortillas for super cheap. Equals amazing tacos.
