I'm in a FB lactation support group and one of the LCs is a conference. The Ameda rep told her that a huge batch of pumps that went out through insurance have a faulty valve. If your Ameda pump isn't working properly call the company ASAP! And don't let them give you the run around.
I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!
Mom to Lily and Colin!
Re: XP: Ameda pump PSA
The phone drill is I say I've lost suction. They ask if I've replaced anything and how long and often I use it. Immidiately ask about the cones and if I have new ones to try. Then they want to listen to the pump on the phone. It usually sounds awful and they send me a new one. Good luck!
