I lost my LO at 6 weeks 4 days 3 weeks ago due to a SCH. It was physically painless but i was devastated. I only bled for a week and all symptoms disappeared. I never went to my follow up appointment, i was really depressed. I started having sex the day after my bleeding stopped and a few times after. 2 days ago i thought AF was here but it turned out to be just spotting that lasted a few minutes. Then yesterday i had light spotting again after DTD which again only lasted a few minutes. Today i was sure AF was here after carrying bags of heavy groceries. Once again just light brown spotting. But today i have mild cramping. I forgot to mention that before the spotting started I've had sore boobs which usually happens before i get AF. And the same day my boobs started to hurt i got really sick after eating my favorite ice cream. My question is what is the first period like after MC? Could i be pregnant again this soon after. I have to pay out of pocket before every appointment so i haven't been to ob due to financial issues. I don't want to get my hopes up but i also don't want to do something that will cause me to lose possible baby

Please know that we are all sorry for your loss.
Your m/c was barely three weeks ago. One of the PPs mentioned that you are not supposed to put anything in the vag for two weeks post m/c. Not going to your follow-up was foolish. I'm sorry you were emotionally hurting but it was incredibly dangerous to your health.
You may have already ovulated and you may be pregnant. We have know way of knowing. You, more than likely, have left over HCG from your loss. You really should see a doctor to make sure you passed everything and that your betas are dropping appropriately.
Finally, your boyfriend did not even bother to call you after your m/c and you broke up with him. I would seriously reconsider the jumping back on the having a baby bandwagon when 1) you relationship with your boyfriend is so bad, and 2) you can't even afford basic medical care.

If you're strapped for a $25 copay, maybe think twice before having unprotected sex? Idk. I'm truly sorry for your loss, but wtf.
Reading this summary, my first thought was MUD. I mean, this can't be real, right? Looking at OP's post history, though, it doesn't seem like MUD.
OP, you've been given good advice. You need to call your doctor.

OP, I really am sorry for your loss. It sucks that any of us have to go through this. But part of going through this includes: going to the dr for your follow up no matter how hard it is, not having sex or having anything in your vagina for at least 2 weeks, TTA for a minimum of 1 cycle (dependent on what your dr suggested for you at your follow up, which you did not go to!), etc.
If you intend to stay here, please read the rules of the board. If you get a BFP then go straight to PGAL.
