Diono car seat

I broke down and ordered one of the Diono car seats. I wish someone had told me about these when I was pregnant with my first! They have a steel frame and aren't as wide, so you can fit three across!

Re: Diono car seat

  • We have one and absolutely love it!!!!!! It's the best car seat ever. The straps NEVER get twisted and my son loves it.

My older son has the booster seat from Diono and loves it too.

  • I think we're going to have to switch out our Boulevards for 2 Radians in order to fit an infant seat in the back. I will do what it takes to keep my beloved Subaru!

  • I don't know about any of these but will certainly be researching them since you ladies are so highly recommending.

  • We have the Diono Radian in DH's truck because DS outgrew the Britax. I do like that they are a bit taller so they last longer. I still have DS rear facing at 26 months (studies show to leave them as long as possible) so his head has to be below the top of the car seat. I still have a different Britax model in my car. The straps do get twisted a lot more but I feel like he is more enclosed.
  • We probably have to get a second one one this baby comes and we need to fit three across. Three kids in carseats is no joke!
  • We have two Dionos and LOVE them! Our girls are 2 & 3 and each still ride rear facing and are plenty comfy in them.
