Hi ladies. I hung out on TB forever ago, mostly on 3T and IF. We got pregnant after a fresh IVF 2.5 years ago. In May we transferred our frozen embryo. Unfortunately we confirmed I m/c at 7.5 weeks, and I miscarried at home on July 1st. 

We would like to try on our own for a while, and my best chance is as close to this cycle as I can get, since I was prepped well and my b/w looked great going into this FET. 

My question is, do any of you know when you first ovulated after your miscarriage? I know this may be a complicated question, so I appreciate any insight you may have. TIA!

    I ovulated on CD25 with CD1 being the day of my D&C. Prior to my loss, I usually O-ed CD20-23. Welcome to the board and good luck!!

    I believe, based on a positive OPK, I O'd on CD20/CD21 this past cycle. I miscarried at the very end of April and didn't start charting religiously until this month. I did this because right after my miscarriage I had a normal cycle followed by a completely wonky cycle. I began using OPK's to narrow down when I ovulate and I received a positive two days ago. Otherwise, I would have no clue. Eta: Good luck!

    Thanks all. I usually O between CD 17-20 and today is CD24 with no usual symptoms ( though I'm not temping). Based on what you all are saying I think I'll start OPKs tomorrow to see if I can catch it. I go back and forth between thinking I'm crazy for even worrying about it (we've never conceived without IVF), yet also not wanting to miss an opportunity. Thank you for sharing your experiences!

    Welcome to the board. I'm sorry for your loss. I started using the CBEFM after I got my first period so I'm not sure when/ if it happened after my loss. The blog is fantastic. Please read it. I'd suggest temping & using FF in addition to the OPKs. I hope your stay here is short.

    I m/c'd naturally, temped and caught O on CD16. I had my usual O signs at the same time as a normal cycle, so FX you can catch your ovulation.

    I was able to look up my question on the blog, however I was unsure what people were basing their poll answers on. It was super helpful to read anecdotal notes from the girls above. I temped and used FF for two years before IVF, and while I'm very familiar with them, I probably won't go so far this time. We have a tentative date in mind for our next fresh cycle anyway! Just hoping I could catch this next cycle or two. It sounds based on the above answers that i should be able to, as long as my body cooperates!

    I believe my first cycle post loss was anovulatory as I started temping 6 days after my D&C and didn't have a temp spike.  Plus it was only 23 days long which is much shorter than my normal cycle.  The next cycle I O'd CD 23 which is slightly later than normal for me.
    ETA: and I'm very sorry for your loss.

    @LuvLoveXo - Were you cleared to try this cycle? I know your chances are low, but usually, people are told to wait at least 1 cycle post loss.  I am sure you know this but just checking.
