    Ah, pregnancy acne..isn't is wonderful?  Unfortunately this is one of the many side effects of pregnancy.  Some women are blessed with beautiful skin and others are not so lucky.  I have not heard of SPAM, but I have tried and love Pretty Mommies skincare line as well as Exposed Skincare.  Pretty Mommies is geared towards pregnant women or nursing mothers so it is extra gentle on your skin.  Exposed Skincare is pretty gentle also, but has a little extra something if your acne is a little more stubborn.  Hope this helps!

    The "little extra something" in Exposed is probably the salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide.

    Definitely check ingredients and it really doesn't hurt to check with your doc too before trying new things like this.
