She is only hAppy on her tummy...

Is anyone else having sleepin issues? For a while I got her to sleep in her rocker next to the bed but only for about 3 hours at a time, that's a good stretch I know. But she is only really happy on my chest, she sleeps good and solid on her stomach. A friend told me about a pad you can buy that monitors their heartbeat but idk I'm still scared. Anybody going through the same thing? What do you suggest?

    I flipped C on to her tummy at about two months, no monitor, and she is a thriving two year old. If you have no other SIDS/suffocation risk factors, I see no problem with it.

    My DS has been sleeping on his tummy for 1-2 naps a day. I asked the ped and she said as long as you keep an eye on him it is fine.

    My little girl sleeps on her tummy or in a boppy pillow to make her not sleep flat on her back.

    LO naps on her tummy. Usually get like 2-3 hours in the early afternoon, which is awesomeness

    I let my LO nap on her tummy some times.. I say follow your motherly instinct... have lots of tummy time so she can gain strong neck control =] But my grandma told me, if God wants to take her, he will take her no matter if she sleeps on her tummy or not.

    My DD hates being on her stomach, but wants to constantly be moving while sleeping, so it is so reassuring to hear so many of you let your LO's sleep in swings, etc. I felt like a bad mom for a while and just kept that dirty little secret to myself lol.
