Adoption Profile Sites

Has anyone looked at creating a profile on an adoption profile website? Are they worth it? Some are $200/month. I was just wondering if anyone actually has any luck with those websites. 

We are almost through with our home study (it's getting signed off this week! Eep!)... So just looking at different ways to have our profile out there.  We are looking at Adoptimist (because it is free)... Anyone know of any other sites?

    A friend of mine chose an adoptive family from parent profiles. She ended up deciding to parent, but stayed in touch with the family who was placed with a little girl about two months later (from parent profiles). Not sure if that helps.
