Will be 30 weeks tomorrow ... Is there any more ultrasounds?! Or do I have to wait the 10 or so weeks to see her ?!

Most likely you are waiting. I had one late u/s on my due date to make sure she was still ok and we didn't need to schedule an induction. But that was it after 20 weeks.

I know I am done having my last one at 20 weeks. Turns out my insurance acutally only covers the one unless they are medically necessary. Each Dr. and insurance co are different of course. We did however go to a "Boutique" type place almost 2 weeks ago for a 3D/4D which was nice.

Usually the 20 week u/s is it unless there is anything to follow up on. Some doctors like to do sporadic u/s but that's not really normal and I wouldn't expect another u/s if your dr hasn't mentioned it.

My dr typically does a "growth" u/s around 28 weeks, but I don't think that is typical at most offices.

My doctor is having one on me at 34 weeks. He said it is because I will be 35 when I deliver. My 35th birthday is 9/8 and I am due 10/12.

Yep, like PPs said, it depends on the risk factors and your doctor. But in a normal, healthy pregnancy you're done for ultrasounds at 20 weeks.

Since I am now considered high risk I will get weekly ones starting in 2 weeks. I was told this today and was surprised since when I was 20 weeks she said I might only have one more.

Typically, 20 weeks is it.. with my first that was it for me.. with my second I had a growth scan ay 36 weeks because #1 was 'large for gestational age'.. not sure if I'll have one this time around or not.. cant hurt to call and ask

My current OB does an ultrasound at 30 weeks.

I am moving and the OB I'll be seeing at 30 weeks does not do any ultrasounds past 20 week anatomy scan, unless there is medical necessity.

I had one at 20 weeks and the next one will be a growth scan at 36 weeks. I'm not sure if this is normal for all patients but I am AMA and go to a Dr. who specializes in high risk pregnancies. I would ask your Dr's office as it seems it might be different depending on your Dr.

I appreciate the responses! I was measuring a week behind at my last apt.. I have one in 2 weeks so I guess I will see how I am measuring then and see if there is another u/s.

I think it depends a lot on your hospital-- I've already had 4 and I have another scheduled for 32 weeks. One of my friends only had 3 the whole pregnancy

All doctors are different. I know many friends who only had the two, the first one, then the a/s. But my doctor does another one at 33/34 weeks to see the baby's position (Why? So much can change after that.) and weight (Again, why?).

ETA: I lied, I had the first one at 7 weeks, then 12 weeks, then 18/19 weeks or the a/s, then one at 33 coming up.

Ok, I just went back and checked my calendar and I had 2 BPP's towards the end. One the week of my due date, as there was no sign of any progression (he was still quite high, I also think they wanted to double check position) and one when I was 8 days overdue, the day before I was scheduled to get the gel for my induction at 10 days over.
