Hi ladies.  I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar story or any input.  We had a u/s at the RE last week at 6w3d and I was measuring 5w5d per the RE.  We were measuring behind but told to come in today to check growth.  Today when I went in we were measuring 6w2d with a slow HB of 91 bpm.  I'm supposed to be 7w3d and there is no way my O date is off, so I know I am truly measuring behind by just over a week.  The RE was pretty grim about it, saying we would have a follow up u/s when we get back from vacation on August 4th but that I should basically expect to either miscarry before then or be prepared for a D&C when we get back.  I really want to focus on the fact there is a HB and remain hopeful but I feel like there's no hope with an "expert" saying he expects the pregnancy to be nonviable. :(  Anyone been in this situation and had it turn out okay or have any advice?  I feel completely lost. :(

BFP#6: CP 11/6/14 at 4w2d - EDD 7/14/15
IVF #1 with ICSI & PGS: May/June 2015, ER 6/3/15, 17R/17M/15F
IVF #2 with ICSI & PGS: July 2015, ER 7/16/15, 16R/11M/9F
PGS results = 6 normal embryos (4 boys, 2 girls)
FET 9/23/15 = BFFN
Natural FET 11/4/15 = BFP!
Beta 9dp5dt = 92

    No advice, but I just want to say that I'm sorry you're going through this and I hope your doctor is wrong. Big (((hugs)))!

    I'm sorry you're in limbo and your RE is a bit grim, I think most REs are with that approach instead of giving some false sense of hope. That sentence makes REs seem like asses, but in their line of work imo it's important that they prepare us for the worst but hope for the better.

    With your situation, all I can say is crazier shit has happened. Keep us updated.

    I'm sorry that you are in this situation right now.  T&P's that the RE is wrong and when you get back the u/s looks fantastic.  Try to enjoy your vacation and think positive thoughts.

    Big ((hugs)) I'm sorry you didn't get better news and that your RE wasn't more positive. That wouldn't make me feel good either. I truly hope this LO hangs on and grows healthy and strong.

    Oh, honey. I have been waiting and waiting for your update and I'm so sorry you didn't get better news yesterday. I have definitely heard of measuring behind. I just don't know about the slow HB but could that match up with the dates?? I am hoping and praying that you've got a teeny little fighter in there. Maybe you implanted late. Just try to stay positive. I know it's hard. Tons and tons of really big ((((((((HUGS)))))))).

    Thanks for all the support ladies.  All my symptoms have gone so I am not feeling very hopeful, but until someone tells me otherwise today I am pregnant.  I will keep you all updated.  Thanks again. <3

    Well I'm not sure but the hb of 91 matches with the 6 wks 2 days. I just don't know why you would be measuring behind:( maybe you implanted later like day 12 , it is possible and is throwing off dates?? T&p' for you and big hugs!!
