Hemorrhoids?

So I had REALLY severe hemmoroids with DS1 but only like a week before delivery. I am only 33 weeks, so 7-8 more weeks of this does NOT sound pleasant. Mine are external. I have the dibucaine 1% Rx ointment that is supposed to numb it, but only helps if I am not sitting. Well I have to sit at work sometimes, sit to drive, sit with my son, etc...Any other tried and true remedies?

    I was scribed procto foam and it's slow going but doing the trick. You insert it rectally. It's super awesome.

    MY OB gave me proctofoam as well....mine were so bad I couldn't even insert rectally...I just put it on the outside first to help.  I am actually going to see a proctologist tomorrow because I was up crying in pain last night all night.  It's better today but he will hopefully give me some other stuff so I can be ready for delivery....I am being induced in a week.

    Buy one of those inflatable round pillow things with the hole in the center.
