Yesterday morning at 8am I started having inconsistent contractions, took a nap and they went away. Then I went swimming with my daughter at 1:30 and they came back and were still inconsistent but very painful. Took a shower at 10:30 and decided to go to bed thinking this wasn't it (I had been having contractions off and on all week). Woke up at 11:00 in a lot of pain at 12:30 finally couldn't stand it anymore and were drove to the hospital.

I was so scared I would still be 1cm but when checked I was 6.5cm I almost cried. I was admitted and labored in the tub till about 4:00am and was checked and complete. Pushed 5 times and at 4:22am they placed my beautiful baby boy on me. Completely natural birth. I had a tear up and down and the stitches hurt so bad. But Aric latched right away and nursed for 35min straight, he's a champ. He was 8lbs 22 inches long, and has a head full of black hair. Will post pics later. Oh and he came exactly on his due date. So in love
