Pregnant after 2 devastating miscarriages

Hi ladies!
I'm new, I can't believe I'm posting! I'm very scared of my new venture, but cautiously excited...
I'm a mamma of 3 gorgeous kiddos, 9,7,5, and I lost our boy due to his cord being wrapped tight around his neck at 20 weeks 11/2012, and had to deliver him, right after I stopped bleeding, I got pregnant with our girl in January, and miscarried her at the end of May, 2013, and complications led me to have an emergency D&C after in June...I proceeded to spend the summer in bed with severe anemia & now here I sit staring down these maternity clothes!
I'm so depressed when I think of everything that could go wrong, I hate looking at this bin of clothes even though I'm already wearing them, I just don't think it's important to unpack then right now...I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, I'm not telling my kids until late into my second trimester, I hate this....I love my babies so much, but I'm so afraid of the unknowns! Ugh
