Poop problems?

Has anyone else been experiencing pretty bad cramps in your lower abdomen when you have to go to the bathroom? I'm about 17 1/2 weeks. Mine starts pretty quickly and I gotta go ASAP. But once I go, no problem. No diarrhea and I'm not constipated. This is a new thing for me. Anyone else?? Is it normal?

I've noticed that too. I just attributed it to everything getting squished in there and poop just takes up extra space. Probably not the most scientific answer but it's all I got.

I experienced the same thing last week like for a day and that was it. I'm 17 weeks as well. I saw OB yesterday and she didn't seem concerned. As always if it's really concerning you just call your OB.

Yep. I have the same thing, but I always have due to endo on my bowels. It's not gotten any better with pregnancy, but the pain is in a different place, like you explained.

Same here, it is apparently my new alarm clock. Also one that had digestive issues before pregnancy so it's no big surprise.
