  While aches and pains can be normal, I'd call your doctor just to be sure, especially if it's a near constant pain and hasn't gone away.

  Like PP said, it might be just a muscle issue. As your muscles begin to separate you can have constant pain. I have a spot on my stomach that has been hurting for months. It is about 2" above my belly button and then 2" to the right. My doctor told me it was my muscles stretching/separating. Call you doctor just to be sure though.

  Sorry for the post and run but my pain just got worse yesterday (and I was at work) called the doc they probably said muscle pain. My entire stomach last night felt like I did 1000 crunches and bending over my ute felt like it was going to fall out!

  
  

   They told me that I'll have to be put on restrictions at work next appt if not sooner (my appt) is Aug 5. I don't think DS likes all the walking/standing/movement at work for 12 hours straight.

  I started getting that same pain around 20 weeks. It is about two inches to the left of my belly button. My doctor took a look and told me it was just muscle pain, as everything stretches. It's annoying and painful, but nothing to be too concerned about.
