Scarlett all the way!! We were going to use Scarlett for our little girl but because I went to OSU (scarlet & gray are the school colors) everyone assumed that's why we chose the name. That killed it for me.
I like both, but I like Scarlett better...mostly because my dog is named Riley. That said, I've had a few students named Riley, spelled different ways, boys and girls. Nice kids, and definitely a good people name;)
We almost named DD Scarlett! I love it! We decided against it because with a new england accent, it would've been turned into scah-lit, and I disapprove.
I'd go for Scarlett. Previous poster mentioned how Rylee would sound as an adult name, and I agree. Riley is also my dog's name so to me that's what I think of.
