in May 2013 Moms
We are down to just the feeding before bed and this week will be the last week of that. I know its best since dh and i are going on a 10 day vacay at the end of August so we started weaning end of June. I am already sad that this is coming to an end.

This is more for me than LO but what would you recommend/wish you had done the last week of nursing? I just don't want to regret not doing something later on. TIA!!!

    I actually just stopped nursing earlier this week (we were also down to just before bed). It was definitely more for me, as W was having a bottle of milk after nursing. I thought I'd be heartbroken and sad, but I'm actually doing good. We still have our nighttime cuddles, so I really don't miss the nursing. I know I don't have advice, but I just wanted to give you some encouragement.

    We weaned fully back in June, and both Emmett and I are doing great with it. Sometimes I miss it, but mostly I feel free!
    The only think I wish I would have done is have DH take one last picture of me nursing. I have pictures nursing when Em was super small, but nothing remotely recent. I think it would have been a beautiful memory to have.

    I agree with the pic. I never had DH take any pictures of me nursing my first and I really regretted it. I do have pics from my second one. I made sure of that! GL...I'm thinking about slowly starting this process soon myself and know it is really emotional.

    Thanks for the pic ideas. I do regret not taking one when she was tiny but doing one this week would still be nice.
