Last week- PiYo and training runs
This week- More of the same!
Goal- Finish this half in 2:30. Running regularly again feels great. I ran 6.3 on Saturday, and I felt like I could've kept going for a while. I really want to stick to this training plan, but I felt strong. Which is good!
GTKY- Chicken cheesy rice. A can of cream of chicken soup. Jar of salsa. Mexican cheese. brown rice. corn. and chicken. Throw it all in a dish uncooked, cover and bake.
