@tifflletons518 - Excellent work keeping the diet under control in the face of PMS - I know it normally makes me eat ALL THE THINGS.

With 6 weeks in a row - @WorkInIt - You're doing a wonderful job with keeping up the running!  And toddler-toting should totally be recognized as an official weight lifting work-out ;-)

With 4 weeks - @WasNotWas - Still impressed with your awesome steady progress!  Rock on with your bad self!

  • Last week- PiYo and training runs

    This week- More of the same!

    Goal- Finish this half in 2:30. Running regularly again feels great. I ran 6.3 on Saturday, and I felt like I could've kept going for a while. I really want to stick to this training plan, but I felt strong. Which is good!

    GTKY- Chicken cheesy rice. A can of cream of chicken soup. Jar of salsa. Mexican cheese. brown rice. corn. and chicken. Throw it all in a dish uncooked, cover and bake.

  • @pitchslap It's September 29th! I'm on week 2 of a 10 week training plan. I mentioned it in spam a couple weeks ago. I've signed up for 2 in the past, but had to back out of them both. The first one my knee started giving me a really hard time, and the doctor told me not to. Then, the second time I got pregnant. Oops. Lol. So, I'm pretty excited for this one. Third time is a charm right? ;)
