It's a girl!!!!

Went in for my 16 week appointment today (16w 2d), it's a girl! I will have my big appointment in 3 1/2 weeks, this was a great early surprise though! Without a doubt there was nothing hiding there. I didn't get a good pic of between the legs, but I did get a damn cute face and hands one. Let the shopping begin!

that's great news....i'll tell ya my story..just for laughs..i had an u/s with my daughter at 18 weeks, 20 weeks and both said 'its a boy' I went back at 22 weeks and they said are you happy you are having a girl?? We had that many u/s because they couldn't see all the chambers of her heart. So..glad you got 'girl' first!! HAHA

@nikkitaplin That's funny. I was really hoping for a boy only because I have two step daughters so I get to buy girly stuff all the time, but I am still super excited just to know so soon. And you're right, like in your case, that "boy" can easily be mistaken for a girl. I wasn't planning on finding out today, but my Dr. works with my uncle at the same place so he pulled out the machine for shits and giggles and there she was! Another big hurdle out of the way!
