Yup, for the first few weeks we just kept the stock pot sitting out on the stove. As parts needed to be sanitized, we just threw them in the pot, waiting for a big batch and boiled water.

I initally boil sanitize and then either use the dishwasher or hand wash on super hot.

We primarily use the dishwasher.

If we can't wait for a load to run, we will hand wash and we do have a microwave sanitizer.
DH picked it up at some point. No clue why, but we do use it on rare occasions.

Medela steam microwave bags when necessary. Hand wash daily (no sanitize cycle on dishwasher).

We don't sanitize. I wash most things in the dishwasher. Very occasionally I'll use the Medela microwave steam bags.

Medela steam bags here. Mostly just use hot soapy water. I think last time I only sanitized when I first got bottles and before I put them away for next baby.
