Post your weekly meal plans here!
Sunday- dinner with friends (I'm making a berry pie (not gluten free)!)
Monday- grilled Italian sausage with onions and tomatoes
Tuesday- tacos with black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and fresh pico de gallo
Wednesday- lasagna with salad
Thursday- we get another pick up but I'm having girls night so no cooking for me

I'll probably make gluten free pancakes to freeze so we have them for the mornings.

I'm horrible at weekly meal planning but wanted to share this recipe. It was so yummy the first time I made it that I made a triple batch the next time and froze 2 of them. So one night this week will be to thaw, bake and throw a little cheese on at the end - and it's relatively healthy to boot!
