Help with Realtor Gift Ideas

Hi everyone,

My condo is about 5 days from closing and my Realtor has done a Phenomenal job in selling it for me. She has gone to every appointment that was needed for it including taking time off of her regular day job because I couldn't make it. 

She has been a friend of mine for about 20 years and even though I know she will make a commission on selling my condo, I want to do something really nice for her.

I wanted to see if any of you are Realtor's or have bought gifts for them in the past.

Budget wise...anything up to $1k

    Maybe a gift card for a weekend at a nearby bed and breakfast given your budget? We have ours a really nice bottle of wine as a thank you when we bought our first home.

    I think I will do a gift card to a restaurant and a nice Tumi bag. Will come out to less than half my budget :)
