I am shopping for a pnp for the person watching LO when I return to work. I was looking at a travel one but it says the bassinet only goes up to 15 pounds. Are all ppm bassinets rated for up to 15? LO is already almost 15 as it is right now!
Our changing tray has a limit of 35 lbs. The napper didn't have a weight limit but said to stop using at 3 months or when they can roll over. The bassinet seems sturdy enough to hold over 15 lbs.
They all go to 15 lbs, but we kept DS in his till 6 months, when he was closer to 20 lbs. It was fine. The cardboard inside the attachment was sagging a little, but none of the stitching was pulling or anything. I would've felt safe using it for another month or so.
