Teething baby refusing to nurse

My 7 month old already has 5 teeth and she's getting 2 more. She screams every time I try to breastfeed her, but she's taking a bottle from my husband. With the other teeth it was the other way around, she would nurse, but refused the bottle. She bit me last night and I was more stern than usual when I pulled away and said"no biting,". I'm kind of worried that is the reason she won't nurse. Pumping is not my favorite thing to do and as it is my supply is low. I'm hoping the nursing strike is just temporary.

    You may have inadvertently startled her and it might take a day or so for her to forget about it and nurse again. Don't beat yourself up though, it's happened to me, those bites HURT. I agree with @casey78 on trying something cool just before nursing to see if that helps. Hang in there!

    She finally latched on! It was so nice to have a happy nursing baby in my arms again.

    Giving DS Tylenol 20 minutes before nursing helped us.
