Low HCG levels of 180, Cramping, and 5w + 6d pregnant.. Help.. I need peace in mind

I went to the ER about last week for cramping and they ran some labs on me and said my hcg levels were low and they couldn't see anything on the ultrasound. I was 5 weeks pregnant at the time. I've been having cramps and no spotting. I'm really worried. I had a pregnancy that was a missed miscarriage around this time last year. Please pray for me ladies!!

    The ladies in your last post gave you some good advice. To reiterate, since you don't know exactly when you ovulated it's very possible you are not as far along as your LMP is saying. Your HCG needs to be 1000-2000+ before you'll be able to see anything on an u/s. Cramping in early pregnancy is very normal.

    Have you had a repeat beta yet to see if your HCG is rising?

    Hang in there. There's so much uncertainty in early pregnancy. It's hard not to obsess about every little twinge, but you unfortunately just have to wait for more information. Good luck.

    I didn't have my beta levels redone. The doctor who did my labs has yet to return my calls or schedule an appointment which makes me more anxious. Thank you for your love and support ladies. It sure does take a lot of weight off my shoulders having support and people who understand.
