I'm at a higher risk for a c-section (I might just ask for one), and I'd like to prepare as much as possible in advance. Any books or websites you recommend? TIA!
If you search for 'C-section birth plans' there are some good resources. It's a good idea to pull your thoughts together and review that with your doctor and keep that plan on file should you need it.
Some hospitals also cover C-section in their birthing classes, mine had a separate class just for people who were planning or considering C-sections which was nice.
