If you've been a M'14 regular since the beginning, you may remember my townhome selling woes through the months.
We listed our house in December and had found several others through the months but couldn't buy til ours sold.
It was beginning to feel like things would never progress for us.
Wellll, we officially sold our home on Friday and wrote a contract on another. Saturday we found out they accepted our offer!!
Woohoo!!
I will actually be able to decorate a nursery for my son now!!! (I know that's not incredibly important but I have been waiting for it!)
