Butternut squash/ cheese pasta recipe

Someone posted this amazing sounding recipe that they made up with a butternut squash and cheese sauce to pour over pasta. I took a screen shot of the recipe so I would remember to make it... I did NOT include the name if the poster. Now I would like to know what kind of cheese we were specifying... From the person I can't remember....

No worries- a weekend at the cottage sounds pretty awesome. Especially with no cell service!

I didn't make it yet... I think Tuesday will be the night. I have cheddar and mozzarella so that's what it's gone be.
