Uterus after orgasm??

I am a FTM and I am 22 weeks. After I had an orgasm my uterus got ROCK hard.. Like I could probably bounce a quarter off of it. Any idea why? Or what this is? Normal?

    Because orgasm causes spasms in the uterus, that's the reason sometimes when you have bad period cramps having an orgasm helps. Unless you've been put on pelvic rest by your dr you're fine! Mine hurt at the beginning of the first tri and now, even though I get killer BH orgasm doesn't trigger them.

    I was wondering if they were maybe contractions or BH but this is my first pregnancy so I wouldn't know what that felt like

    Well some people feel BH some don't. My 2nd trimester it just felt like my stomach got tighter and higher and there was a slight burning, my 3rd trimester they feel like horrible period cramps. Even if it triggers a BH you should be fine! If it's causing you pain just drink some h20 and rest!
