Swelling of Feet

I am noticing that my feet are swollen, red, and purple on the sides. Tomorrow I'll be 27 weeks pregnant and I know that some swelling is normal, however I haven't been to the doctors in awhile like almost 3 months due to insurance issues so I'm becoming concern with them. They have some pain when I walk and I try to take breaks to put them up but with working with toddlers and not being one to just sit around and do nothing, when should I be concern or should I be concerned and go into the emergency room because I have a doctors appointment scheduled for August 6th.

    Both of my legs, not just my feet, got extremely swollen.  It was uncomfortable and I had a little pain walking and bending my knees.  Doctor was not concerned.  I suggest compression socks.  They helped some.
