For us, it's probably a toss up between a busted lip twice now (once when he tripped and fell, once when I tripped and accidentally knocked him over on the way down) or a big knot he got on his head another time he fell. He falls a lot! I think he thinks he can walk a lot more quickly than he really can, which inevitably results in him tripping several times a day.
Arlo is wicked careful. He is very cautious and risk averse (yay for me!). He scratched himself on the nose once. G on the other hand, good lord. We've seen it all and for a good 8 months stretch I considered the ER at least once a week. He is a wild one so my threshold for a bad injury is pretty high now.
He hasn't had any really bad ones, but he had a scrape on his forehead for a while because he bent over at the waist to look at something on our sloping sidewalk and the weight of his head pulled him over and his arms were too short to catch himself. It was kind of funny. Like watching a baby tyrannosaurous, I imagine.
N learned to climb over her toy box which is in the middle of an area. We use it and something else to create a barricade from the rest of the room as there is a lot of computer stuff and stuff she can hurt herself on. My husband doesn't think and leaves his business shit everywhere, and he left one of his metal boxes on the other side of her toy box. The day she first climbed over her toy box I was out of the room (I was 10 steps away answering a quick question for my husband) and she fell onto this box head first. It gave her the nastiest looking cut/bruise. I cried for the rest of the day because I thought I had given her brain damage.
He's busted his mouth twice in the glass coffee table in my parents houseboat. It is a weird height and I just don't think he always saw it. Luckily, my dad took it out last week. He also fell backwards into an end table last week and got a nasty bruise on the top of his ear.
We have exactly 1 step in our house. One. He went off it when he was learning to crawl and split his lip open. Poor fella. We were all standing within feet of him but he was so quick that no one caught him.

I read this and thought oh we've been lucky - no injuries! Five minutes later he tripped, face planted and ripped his frenulum. That shit really bleeds

Ugh I hope it heals well. Love titted for support!
He bonks himself a lot. Like a lot alot. He's the perfect combination of no fear, drunken walking where he tips forward and back and a head that's so big it brings him down if he leans forward too much. He's had all sorts of bruises but the worst was probably when he hit my parent's TV stand and got a nasty bruise on his cheek immediately. Poor kid has his mama's coordination.
Yesterday my older son was putting lunch in the oven. Owen ran straight to the over and tried to climb onto the oven door! 425 degrees, and he burned his little hands!
Today, he grabbed my curling iron (that I had just shut off.)
Today he's slammed his fingers in the door, and my husband clipped his lip in the chest piece of his seat belt. Seriously, he's had a rough day!
I think over all serious "injury" is when he fell in the shower and had a concussion. (I told ya'll the story.)

I pretty much could have written all of that except the parents' TV stand sentence!
FFSC: As much as I feel horrible about LOs getting hurt, it's oddly comforting to know that other people's LOs are getting bumps and bruises too! Sometimes I feel like it's all my fault even if there were no way it could have been helped.
Grayson was running in Alex's parents kitchen and fell and smacked his head on the tile floor. He had a nice goose egg and bruise for about a week.
When I was cutting his hair last week I nicked his neck with the scissors while I was trying to clean up the back. He bled for a little bit but that was the first time I had ever cut him. I've never even cut his finger trimming his nails but I managed to cut his neck with the scissors.
He's also fell and busted his mouth a couple of times.
My sister was sitting on her porch steps guarding them and LO was walking around behind her. He found a little hole & squeezed through and fell down the first step before my sister caught him. He got a fat lip which turned into a giant scab for the next couple of days.
DD has cut her lip on her teeth twice, once from falling off our bed and the other is a mystery. She's gotten scrapes on her knees from tripping and falling. And she got a nice bruise from taking a leap off the couch. She figured jumping down was faster than climbing.
I'm thinking the time he stuck his finger in the heater and scrapped it on the metal. It bled and bled and bled, of course he would not let us put a bandaid on it. The time he fell and banged his face on the wooden rocking chair putting his tooth through his lip was also not a fun time. He isn't walking on his own yet, so I'm sure there are many fun times ahead.

I swear, I'm a good mom!
I hope everybody's LOs recovered/recover quickly!
Here are mine:
Hitting his head/eye on the coffee table yesterday.
Crawling out of the play tunnel at the park and scraping his face.
