What do you do if your stressed out an your partner is also an your trying not to be ? Can you have a miscarriage at 28weeks from stress?

Not unless it is EXTREME stress. The usual stress of everyday life can not cause a miscarriage at any point.

If you had a loss at this point that would be called a still birth. After 20 weeks it is a still birth not a miscarriage. If you are this concerned about your stress level talk to you doctor and make sure your blood pressure is within normal levels.

Good luck. Many anxiety medications are available to take during pregnancy as well as other non-medicinal options. Hope it eases soon for you.
