  I did something similar a few weeks ago.  I told my manager (when I was 21w) at a medical congress in Paris, and about 5 hours after I told him one of our male colleagues asked him if I'm pregnant.  This colleague is an adorable rheumatologist, who wouldn't hurt a fly.  I walked into the hotel lobby and my manager said to me, "Hey, GDF, X just asked me if you're pregnant!".  I looked at X, gasped, and said,"X!!!! You're never supposed to ask that!!!!".  He grew so red and started rambling, saying his wife is due and September, and he thought he recognized the signs, etc., etc.  I told him I was just kidding and that yes, I am pregnant. If he wasn't such a sweetheart I may have been less jovial.  Then again, my boss wouldn't have called him out on if it I wasn't pregnant.
