Hello-
I'm starting a new job on Monday and will be putting my son in daycare full time. I'm excited to be back to work and am ready for my son to meet lots of other new babies. Any tips of making the transition as smooth as it can be?

Good luck! I think your positive attitude will go a long way in helping you through the transition. You will have good days and bad days but it will get easier as time goes on and you get into a routine. Good luck with your new job!
Oh, and my one tip that you will hear from so many working moms is to get absolutely everything possible ready the night before. Your whole day will be better if your morning goes smoothly and isn't spent running around and out the door at the last minute.
