Saturday night boredom

This joint is dead. DH isn't home yet. DD is asleep (thank god!). The cats are lazy and not at all entertaining. There's not much on right now so I wandered over to Baby Center to check out the pregnant teens board. Now my brain cells have rebelled against me and are hiding somewhere in the yard. It's dark outside and I can't find them... I even promised I would never go there again but they no longer trust me.

what is a rusk something something?

this is from someone who doesnt brush her curly hair everyday and washes only 1/2 week

also could use some hugs as I just got my period late.... I want to punch something but need to wait till tomorrow to do it a socially acceptable way

I feel ya....I wash mine once a week. No one believes me. It's extra thick and naturally curly, so the oil helps tame it. Also with you on AF...mine started today with all of hell's fury.

thanks for the hugs....

I get along with my ridiculous hair bc Its stupidly long and I just wear it in a bun with pens and pencils stuck in... so when my students whinge about not having something to write with they dont have an excuse

side note... I am also a nutritionist who is a huge contributor to a set of boards (putting up with some stupid shit nicely a lot) so today I post a comment starting "FFS you have IBS... your main focus should be on healing your pissed off intestines" now I dont claim to be polite but then I offered the woman a free service of meal planning consultation (she is also 17 weeks preggers) that I would charge a client about £100 for.... and some Noob admin (whose name I have never seen posting) PM me and chastised me for potentially offending her with a direct swear.... I say again FFS

I've tried everyt product in my metro area...I've resigned myself to living with limp lifeless hair. My mom had the same hair until she had babies, so there's still hope

My hair was bone straight until I hit puberty. Now it's curly. Hormones can do some wacky stuff. It could happen!

Another pretty miraculous hair product for curly/frizzy girls is Living Proof styling cream. Saying it changed my life seems like hyperbole, but it made a REALLY big difference.

I want one so bad but I am terrified of them. I feel like my hair would get caught in it. My hair is super thick. But if it is super simple I might just have to try it!
